Return/Exchange
Policy
We value our customers
and your satisfaction is very important to us.
You may return any unused
merchandise with the original receipt or photo copy within 7 days of purchase.
Returns arriving after 10 days of purchase
will not be accepted.
All returns require a
Return Merchandise Authorization number (R.M.A.)
Prior to returning
merchandise you must submit a customer service request form. (C.S.R.)
Returns will be
processed and credit issued within 30 days of shipping date less
shipping & handling.
Customized, altered, or
used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale or clearance items
may be exchanged for merchandise of greater / equal value or
store credit.
All exchanges require an
Exchanged Merchandise Authorization number (E.M.A)
